We are delighted to be reopening again and very excited to welcome you back!

At Battisti we want your visit to be safe and enjoyable, so ask you to read the following information carefully to give you peace of mind about your salon visit.

On the day of your appointment we ask you to contact the salon by phone to let us know that you have arrived. We are asking all clients to wait in their car or outside the salon if travelling by public transport (please keep an umbrella to hand just in case you have to wait outside).

When your stylist is ready for you, we will call you to invite you into the salon. We are doing this to keep the number of people we have in the salon to a minimum.

We also are asking everyone coming to the salon for their appointment to come alone and not to bring children/family members or shopping bags.

Reading material is currently not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

We ask you not to bring your own PPE as we are providing each client with individual PPE packs, this includes gloves, face masks and a hand wipe. In addition to this we will be using single use towels and gowns. We have put this into place to ensure a safe visit for you and your stylist.A hand sanitising station is provided upon entry and additional sanitiser is provided throughout the salon.

Please note that we will only be taking appointments by phone between 10:00 and 16:00. We also welcome appointment requests by email (currently not by Facebook). We will keep everyone posted when our online booking is back up and running. As appointments are in such demand, it is only fair that we strictly enforce our 48 hour cancellation policy.
